Ken helps people, teams and organisations be more effective and enjoy what they do. He is an internal coach and consultant at Cisco, where he specialises in agile, lean and Kanban approaches, working with product and systems teams around the world. He is currently co-leading the transition of Cisco’s largest software group. Ken is a trained Co-Active coach, a trained Organisation and Relationship System Coach and a certified Human Systems Dynamics Coach. He is an award-winning author, and is a frequent speaker at major international agile and lean conferences.
